Your tasks and responsibilities:
* Familiar with partner business model
* 熟悉合作伙伴/渠道業務
* Support partners to sell and promote Siemens Motor and Drive product,
solution and services to customers
* 支持授權合作伙伴向工業業務領域客戶銷售西門子電機及傳動領域產品、相應解決方案與服務
* Explore and develop new partners in defined areas
* 發展和培養新的合作伙伴
* Keep familiar with Electrical Motor and Drives product, system, solution as
well as branch technology
* 熟悉電機及驅動產品、系統、解決方案及相關技術
* Initiate, motivate suitable activities and keep track of progress and
implementation in order to achieve the agreed targets and goals
* 積極主動地采取行動，以達到既定目標
* Stablish and take good care of connection with customers
* 與客戶建立并保持良好關系
Your qualifications:
* Bachelor or above major in Automation/Electrical Transmission/Mechanical
Engineering
* 本科以上學歷，專業電機、電氣傳動或自動化、機械相關者優先
* 3 years sales working experience in relevant areas
* 3年以上相關領域工作經驗
* Willing to take initiative and active thinking
* 愿意采取主動并且積極思考
* Integrity, honesty and loyalty, can work under pressure
* 正直，誠實，忠誠, 有良好的抗壓能力
* Quick learner and with good business sense
* 快速學習能力和良好的業務理念
* Basic English reading, writing and speaking
* 基本的英文閱讀、聽寫能力
* Familiar with partner business model
