Responsibilities:
1. Realizes development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products.
2. Develop, validate and implement production technologies.
3. Improve production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness.
4. Initiate and coordinate development of production machines and tools.
5. Validate machines and tools.
6. Support/enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).
7. Development of new technologies and set-up technical basics for production processes for technology Joining, Screwing, Riveting
8. Responsible for feasibility assessment and a series-appropriate design
9. Establishes Manufacturing process flow and work instruction. Create and update manufacturing standard procedure, which defines specific manufacturing processes.
10. Technology projects (starting with the selection of the technology and machine set-up to the support start of serial production)
11. Perform performance tests and operational trials
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferable in engineering or business related
2. Experience in working with people with different culture
3. Familiar with product manufacturing process
4. Knowledge about: SAP
5. Project management experience is preferred

1. 實現舍弗勒新產品和現有產品生產技術的開發、實施和優化。
2. 開發，驗證和實施生產技術。
3. 在質量、成本和穩健性方面改進生產技術。
4. 啟動和協調生產機器和工具的開發。
5. 驗證機器和工具。
6. 支持生產或生產部門實現生產（移交，培訓，故障排除）。
7. 開發新技術，建立連接、螺絲、鉚接生產工藝的技術基礎
8. 負責可行性評估和系列設計
9. 建立生產工藝流程和作業指導書。創建和更新制造標準程序，定義特定的制造過程。
10. 技術項目（從技術選擇和機器設置開始，支持批量生產的開始）
11. 執行性能測試和操作試驗
要求:
1. 本科及以上學歷，工程或商務相關專業優先
2. 具有與不同文化背景的人一起工作的經驗
3. 熟悉產品制造流程
4. 了解：SAP
5. 有項目管理經驗者優先
